It leaves that field blank and tells you, rather than guessing. If a value was read but isn’t fully clear, it’s marked for you to check. You can see the line on your document that each value came from, and fill in or correct anything before you download.

Yes. Type what happened in your own words, in English, in your language written in English letters (like “pichhe se takkar lagi”), or in its own script. You can also tap quick options such as “hit from behind”, or record it by voice. ClaimForm writes one to three plain English sentences for the form, and you approve or edit them.
Yes, where your insurer needs one and we support it. Intimation means telling your insurer about the accident, which you should do as soon as you can. Some insurers also want a written intimation form. If we can’t fill it yet, we’ll tell you so you can inform your insurer the usual way.
